Sweet green tea stems are specially roasted, then ground to a fine powder to make this Japanese twig tea a unique experience. This rich and malty hojicha powder can be whisked into water like Matcha or added to your favorite dairy substitute for a sweet nutty low-caffeine alternative to matcha lattes.

Infusion: Sift 2 to 3 grams of powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 to 4 oz. of 175°F water until frothy. Enjoy!
