Kahawa Ethiopian whole bean 12 oz ( medium roast )

$16.95

This flavorful blend features beans sourced from two distinct (and equally-celebrated) regions within the country, Yirgacheffe and Guji. You'll have the best of both worlds in every sip. The Yirgacheffe beans are sourced from Bedhatu Jibicho, who has been cultivating coffee on her farm since the 1950s. She is over 80 and is passing on the traditional techniques of processing Ethiopian coffee to the next generation. The Guji beans are naturally-processed, which involves drying them in the sun while still inside of the coffee cherry. Natural processing imparts a fruity sweetness to the beans, and they can be easily enjoyed without sugar or milk.
